developing operating models for a number of operational areas,
verifying the extent of use functional specications provided by
applications and automated systems, and preparing a model to
measure and evaluate the productive eciency of bank’s employees

Evaluating and reviewing the charters of the
control units in the context or studying the internal control structure,
reviewing the control policies as stated in the policy and procedures,
manuals, and verifying their adequacy. Reviewing the instructions of
the regulatory authorities and the matrix of powers, and reviewing
and verifying CRSA reflection in the procedures manuals
Organizational Structures:
Studying and evaluating organizational
structures to include administrative levels, centralization of back-oce
operations, alignment of job descriptions with department tasks, and
the possibility of outsourcing certain tasks
